Tabletop - UK Mains Power Plug/Socket
eZone TEF-901 is an Electric Single Tank Counter/Bench Top Fryer with 13Amp plug which simply means it can be plugged in any UK mains socket to operate. Hence, it is ideal for use in takeaways, cafes, pubs, restaurants and other small to medium sized professional catering establishments.
High Frying Production in a Compact Space
The fryer’s compact body (285x440x305mm) is mainly utilised by 10 litre large tank (6 litre oil) heated by powerful 2.8kW element. Accompanied by a heavy-duty basket (measuring 220x200x110mm) the fryer can produce 12kg crispy chips per hour. It is also ideal for producing deliciously crispy fish, chicken, and doughnuts (donuts)

The fryer temperature is controlled by a mechanical thermostat (Maximum 190 °C) which is easy to use and gives accurate temperature control throughout the cooking operation. It also has a fail-safe high temperature cut out and lift-out control panel and element safety switch to ensure ultimate safe operation.
